About The Role :

Were looking for a Senior Machine Learning & Optimization Engineer who can bring their depth and breadth of experience in applied data science and optimization at industry scale to help guide our Indexwide technology strategy for machine learning and optimization and to drive pragmatic and iterative improvement of the same.

Indexs scale spans the globe our transactions happen 24x7 in our global data centers and every second that passes millions of requests are evaluated across our exchange. In order to achieve our mission global efficiency and reliability are absolutely key as every millisecond quite literally counts in our business.

What We are Looking For :

• Design and implement enterprisescale MLOps systems and platforms setting standards for highperformance ML products.
• Productionalize and support scalable and efficient Machine Learning models and solutions.
• Refine and contribute to advanced data management strategies optimizing for performance given extensive data loads.
• Mentor teams and provide guidance for machine learning engineering deployment practices promoting a culture of excellence.
• Navigate complex problemsolving situations contributing to decisions that affect the broader businesss strategic direction.
• Utilize CI / CD best practices to ensure the enterprise keeps with innovative practices and remains efficient through engagement with ML and MLOps evolution outside of the organization.
