To strengthen our People team, we are looking for a proactive, energetic and hands-on Learning & Development Specialist (m/f/d) who enjoys turning development needs into practical learning experiences.

You will not only coordinate trainings — you will actively design, prepare and facilitate workshops, training sessions and development formats for employees and leaders across the organization.

This role is about creating learning that works in practice: relevant, engaging, easy to apply and closely connected to the needs of our teams. You will also help build scalable L&D structures and evaluate whether learning initiatives create meaningful improvements in performance, leadership and ways of working.

• Training & Workshop Facilitation
  • Design, prepare and personally conduct internal trainings, workshops and learning sessions
  • Facilitate interactive sessions for employees, teams and managers
  • Adapt training content to different target groups and business needs
  • Develop practical training materials, exercises, guides and learning resources
  • Moderate team workshops, feedback sessions and development formats
  • Continuously improve trainings based on participant feedback, observed application and business impact
• Learning & Development
  • Identify learning and development needs together with employees and managers
  • Develop and implement practical L&D initiatives and training programs
  • Coordinate internal and external trainings and learning providers
  • Translate identified development needs into targeted learning formats for different employee groups
  • Support individual and team development plans
  • Coordinate internal and external learning formats and ensure reliable follow-up of agreed development measures
• Performance & Leadership Development
  • Support feedback, performance and development processes with a strong focus on practical manager enablement
  • Support managers in translating development needs into concrete actions and meaningful development plans
  • Develop structured leadership learning journeys and personally facilitate leadership workshops and manager trainings
  • Establish practical tools and learning resources for feedback, communication, collaboration and people development
  • Translate employee, manager and organizational feedback into concrete leadership and development actions
• Onboarding & Employee Development
  • Develop and facilitate onboarding trainings for new employees
  • Develop role-specific onboarding content together with managers and internal subject-matter experts
  • Create internal knowledge-sharing formats and practical learning materials that can be reused across teams
  • Contribute to employee engagement and development-related initiatives
• Learning Infrastructure & Scalability
  • Build and maintain a structured training catalogue and transparent learning portfolio
  • Develop role-based learning paths, including structured onboarding learning journeys
  • Establish internal trainer and subject-matter-expert formats to strengthen internal knowledge sharing
  • Evaluate and introduce digital learning solutions and scalable learning formats
  • Maintain transparent documentation of participation, learning activities and development measures
  • Continuously develop L&D structures, tools and standards as IronMaxx grows
• Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Own Learning & Development projects from concept to implementation
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of learning initiatives and translate insights into continuous improvements
  • Use participation, feedback and business outcomes to improve learning processes, formats, tools and priorities
  • Drive continuous improvement of learning formats and support scalable implementation across the organization
  • Work closely with the Head of People & Organization, managers and the wider People team

Your skillset - as strong as our protein

• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, People Development, Talent Management or a comparable field
• Hands-on experience designing and conducting trainings, workshops or facilitation sessions
• Confidence speaking in front of groups and creating engaging learning environments
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to translate business and development needs into practical learning concepts and measurable development actions
• Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and translate feedback and business outcomes into continuous improvement
• Strong project management skills and execution mindset
• Experience working with employees and managers at different levels
• Positive, energetic and engaging personality with the ability to motivate others
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
• Strong interest in modern learning methods, digital learning tools and building scalable L&D structures
• Experience with leadership development, manager enablement, performance management or coaching is highly desirable
• Very good German and good English skills
