Your Mission
Develop and deliver a cutting-edge learning portfolio for personal, team, and leadership growth
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning with creative and impactful development initiatives
Lead and implement key talent and leadership processes, from selection and assessment to succession planning and placement
Partner with centers of excellence in Recruiting, Technical Training, Transformation, DEI, and ESG
Provide strategic insights on process improvement, organizational design, and change management
Drive and embody our EOS values, leading by example and fostering a positive work culture
Your Talents
University degree organizational psychology, organizational development, or a related field
Progressive experience in Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development (OD) functions
Ability to operate independently with a strong problem-solving and can-do attitude
Proven success in driving self and others towards meaningful outcomes in a solution-oriented, pragmatic manner
Successful track record in leadership coaching and high-performing team development
Business fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
