My client helps organisations in this fast-paced industry utilise generative AI technologies to enhance customer experiences, optimise operations, and drive revenue growth.

Role Overview :

As an LLM / Generative AI Consultant, you will help retail and e-commerce businesses adopt and implement large language model (LLM) and generative AI solutions tailored to their unique challenges. From creating personalised shopping experiences to optimising supply chain processes, you will design, deploy, and refine AI applications that transform how businesses interact with their customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with retail and e-commerce clients to understand their business needs and identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Design and implement solutions using large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Develop AI models for applications such as personalised recommendations, dynamic pricing, and inventory optimisation.
