JOB DESCRIPTION Join our international Kühne+Nagel supply chain management division and play a crucial role in generating warehouse reports and data quality assurance activities.

Ihre Rolle

Kühne+Nagel is one of the global leaders in freight forwarding and logistics. As part of our international 4PL division you play a crucial role in generating warehouse reports and data quality engineering activities to meet the needs of our customer in the aerospace industry. As Logistics Analyst (m / w / d) you prepare reports and dashboards on a regular basis summarizing warehouse KPIs, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness. In the process you pay attention to data duality, drive root cause analysis and support data driven actions in collaboration with other functions of Kuehne + Nagel, such as Operations and Business Managers. The role is essential to work with supply chain partners to identify data requirements and find resolutions on how to deal with data gaps and within business as usual.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Act as a main contact for the reporting scope
  • Preparing detailed KPI-Reports and Dashboards on a regular basis to meet the needs of our customers
  • Cooperate with other team members / departments / control towers in order to assure and data quality und to improve and automate reportings
  • Support implementation of new processes, . execute user acceptance tests
  • Recognize and address system related issues impacting the data quality
  • Show ownership within the area of responsibility and execute tasks with expected level of productivity & performance
  • Contribute to continues improvement initiatives of the current team and overall operations

Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen

  • Experience and Education : ideally 1-3 years of working experience in logistics; Relevant degree or apprenticeship in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
  • Understanding of Data and IT Capabilities : Clear understanding of the impact of data and how it's used in business processes; Affinity to interact and work with a diverse set of systems within the end-to-end supply chain process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Tools : Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook), Tablea / PowerBI, LucidChart, Automation tools
  • Continuous Improvement and Proactive Approach : Proven ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Customer Service Orientation : Strong customer service orientation
  • Language Skills : Fluent in English and German
