We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join a global team at Allianz Services. You will apply your skills in financial analysis and advanced HR data analytics to support data based decision making. Working with product owners and service managers from different delivery hubs, this is a unique opportunity to collaborate and co-create across OEs / legal entities.

What you do :

• Data Consolidation & Dashboard Development : You will consolidate various data sources into one data lake, data cleaning, restructuring & mapping.
• Process Compliance & Standardization : You will collaborate with finance and functional teams to ensure compliance with reporting governance and standardization of HR data reporting processes.
• KPI Development & Reporting : You will develop and maintain metrics and KPIs, delivering clear data-driven insights and decision proposals.
