Responsibilities :

Implementation and maintenance of a certified quality management system based on normative requirements (ISO9000 series), EB regulations, applicable legal requirements, and KKW + L&R requirements

Creation and coordination of management review reports

Review and approval of operational processes and controlled documents

Processing of customer questionnaires, quality and manufacturing share

Approval of conformity certificates for EMEA, ISO 17050

Preparation and support of customer, certification, and internal audits

Collaboration with internal stakeholders (QMB, CLF Quality, Operations, Engineering)

Coordination of internal and external training courses

Qualifications :

Training or studies related to QM

Further training as a QMB is desirable

In-depth knowledge of quality-related standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001)

Analytical thinking and strong communication skills

Experience in auditing, process management, and training

Proficiency in quality tools (8D, 5W, A3, etc.)

Good MS Office skills

Experience in project management and the introduction of new quality standards

Independent, structured approach to work and assertiveness

Very good written and spoken German and English skills
