Job Offer : German Speaking Content Moderator - Lisbon, Portugal

Are you looking for an exciting international career opportunity? Join one of the biggest multinational companies as a Content Moderator and enjoy a unique experience in Lisbon, Portugal.

Location : Santos, Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Relocation package & accommodation assistance provided!
Contract Type : Full-time, renewable annually
Start Date : 14th of April 2025
Working Hours : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

Your Role

As a Legal Operations Analyst , you will play a crucial role in maintaining platform integrity and compliance. This is a back-office position with no direct interaction with users. Your main tasks include :

Reviewing flagged accounts and reported content to assess compliance with platform policies.

Deciding whether accounts remain active or need to be blocked.

Ensuring legal requests are handled in line with regulations.

Working within defined turnaround times and maintaining high-quality standards.

Desired Profile

Language Skills : Minimum C1 German & B2 English

Education : High school diploma or higher

No prior experience required up to 1 year of experience in content moderation is a plus

Eligibility to work full-time in Portugal ( EU ID / Residence Card / Certificate of Protection issued after March 2022 )
