JUNIOR TECHNICAL APPLICATION SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR FOR BANKING SOFTWARE Location EBERSBERG Im Klosterbauhof 3 85560 Ebersberg () Description You are responsible for the environment management and the operation of Objectway Banking System (OBS) and the operation of various interfaces to and from OBS You analyse and classify incoming technical enquiries and error messages from our customers and our service providers Maintain appropriate documentation   You are responsible for the environment management and the operation of OBS and the operation of various interfaces to and from OBS   Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal and customer guidelines, as well as legal requirements All in all, you will make a significant contribution to the success of the team and to customer satisfaction Required Skills (Banking) commercial training with strong affinity to IT   Basic understanding of the structure / process organisation of a bank and its mapping in our system   Knowledge of the technologies used around OBS (LINUX, PostGreSQL, Middleware)   Confident handling of Microsoft Office products   Personal Profile Distinctive team and communication skills   Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills   (Strong) service consciousness and occasional willingness to work during off-peak hours of the working day or at weekends   Slight willingness to travel in the context of project work with clients Contract & Compensation A challenging and progressive position within an international work environment.
