Your Role

Drive the implementation of legal requirements in the field of Product Compliance (e.g., hazardous goods, hazardous substances, and MSDS ). Optimize and adapt existing processes to align with global regulatory demands and business needs.

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements in Product Compliance with a global scope as part of the Supply Chain through automated processes.
  • Support internal and external customer inquiries related to regulatory compliance.
  • Implement current legal requirements in the area of Product Compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage the automated processes within the SAP / EH&S module, including interfaces with external data providers.
  • Support regulatory inquiries from customers, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Optimize and adapt existing processes to improve efficiency and meet changing regulatory standards.

About You

  • University degree in Chemistry or a related discipline, with relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with SAP EH&S systems , particularly in Product Compliance, or significant experience in Product Safety within an SAP-based environment.
  • Prior experience in a matrix-driven, international business environment; experience in the flavor and / or fragrance industry is advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of IT processes , with a strong conceptual mindset.
  • Familiarity with Product Safety , specification management, hazardous goods management, and substance quantity tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of Global Label Management (GLM) or similar labeling systems.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, with cultural awareness.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and customer-oriented mindset, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results within tight deadlines, both independently and in cross-functional, interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., German) are advantageous.
