Vestas Nacelles Deutschland GmbH is a leading developer, manufacturer, and repairer of various generators for wind turbines for a sustainable energy supply. The company is part of VESTAS WIND SYSTEMS A / S - a global manufacturer of wind turbines from the kilowatt to megawatt class, based in Denmark.

Responisbilities

  • Daily operational technical support tasks and ongoing operational technical support for

production lines and ensuring compliance with operational regulations (legal and ISO regulations, updating production documentation).

  • Execute operational implementation in projects, participate in technical reviews and peer reviews and promote the implementation of new tools, tool changes, and optimizations via ToCI or project framework
  • Support ECM implementation in the plant and review and approve production fundamentals (P-FMEA, CTQs, process flow, layout, PWIs, etc.)
  • Participate in segment optimization, e.g., sharing best practices and support in preparing and implementing CIM cases in factories
  • Activation of EBSC support for the factory
  • Lead or support in identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical challenges
  • Support in identifying local capital expenditures and with continuous project improvement activities at the plant level
  • Qualifications

  • Technical Education + additional technical training
  • Several years of professional experience in a technical field
  • Practical experience with rotating machinery (generators or motors) is welcomed
  • Lean process background
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills are required
