The Wind Farm & Turbine Control team is seeking a Wind Turbine Control Specialist (m / f / d) to support with digital remote operations of wind farms all around the world. YOUR TASKS

• 2nd level support for Turbine State Control topics
• Analysis of turbine error patterns and troubleshooting and support for 1st level in troubleshooting
• Creation of work instructions and knowledge articles
• Collaboration with Engineering on complex errors
• PLC field test support and error analysis
• Creation and review of specifications for the execution of PLC software updates
• Monitoring and reporting of the execution of mandatory updates to engineering
• Coordination and processing of support requests in the incident ticket system
• Parameterization of the control of wind turbines and wind farms
• Analysis of the fleet for error clusters
