As a Junior Campaign Specialist youll be instrumental in supporting and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. Youll also engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. This isnt solely a marketing position; it includes strategic sales duties focused on helping clients achieve their business goals. What Youll Be Doing

  • Campaign Management & Optimization : Help create manage and refine digital marketing campaigns specifically for Google products.
  • Client Solution Development : Collaborate with our sales teams to understand client objectives and craft comprehensive advertising strategies.
  • Performance Analysis : Review campaign performance data and offer practical insights to improve results.
  • Direct Client Engagement : Interact directly with German-speaking clients building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Customer Advisory : Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions and offering strategic guidance on campaign enhancements.
  • Industry Awareness : Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends tools and best practices to ensure campaign success.

Who Were Looking For

  • Language Fluency : Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential along with strong communication skills in English .
  • Prior Experience : Any previous experience in sales marketing or a related field is a definite plus.
  • Analytical Mindset : Possess strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities coupled with a client-centric approach.
  • Organizational Prowess : Capable of managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Platform Familiarity (Desirable) : Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads) and CRM tools is an advantage.
