We are looking for a
Legal Officer (M / F / D)
Main function and duties :
You will be primarily responsible for assisting the program team and other units in ensuring that the institution's procurement and grant-awarding procedures comply with the financial regulations and relevant internal procedures.
Task :
- Creating and updating templates, checklists, and any other documents related to the procurement cycle ;
- Drafting guidelines and procedures related with best practices relevant to activities of the JU ;
- Providing support for procurement and grant activities including assisting with
administrative steps needed for the calls for tenders / proposals, evaluations,
awards, notifications and preparing draft contracts / agreements / amendments
using the Institution’s templates ;
