Job Description Summary

Responsible for the organization's shipping and receiving transactions and set-ups, which include creating, troubleshooting, and auditing shippers and receipts. Interact with the plant floor shipping and receiving associates. Communicate with our trading partners to ensure integrity in our systems.

Main area of expertise : troubleshooting and setting up of various shipping / receiving topics
Responsible for auditing shipping and receiving transactions, utilizing available reports and transactions to help validate daily performance
Provides root cause analysis for incorrect data
Improves current processes
Supports packaging management and freight forwarding

Stellenbeschreibung

Hauptbereich der Expertise : Fehlerbehebung und einrichten von diversen Versandthemen

Verantwortlich für die Prüfung der Versand Transaktionen

Nutzen der verfügbaren Reports und Transaktionen, um die tägliche Performance zu validieren

Prozessoptimierung der aktuellen Prozesse

Unterstützen des Verpackungsmanagement und der Spedition

Ursachen Analyse für fehlerhafte Daten

Required Skills and Education

Specialist for Warehouse Logistics, or a comparable qualification

Fluent in German and English

Professional Experience is desired

Experience in automotive or manufacturing company with quality management systems, quality standards and norms (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)

Strong analytical thinking and the ability to analyze complex quality problems and find appropriate solutions

Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerBI, …), ERP systems (Oracle as advantage)

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Fließend Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse

Berufserfahrung ist gewünscht

Erfahrung in Automobil oder Fertigung Branche mit Qualitätsmanagement Systemen, Qualität Standards und Normen (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)

Fundierte Kenntnisse von MS-Office sowie SAP-EWM-Kenntnisse

Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und geeignete Lösungen zu finden

Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Geschäftspartnern zu interagieren
