Your tasks

ISCC International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is one of the leading certification systems for sustainability traceability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. As we continue to grow and professionalize our communication activities we are looking for a Presentation Designer to support our Management Team with high-impact presentations that inform inspire and engage.

Youll work closely with our Senior Brand Manager and the wider Marketing & Communications team collaborating with multiple departments and leadership to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.

Your main duties will be :

  • Transform complex content into visually engaging brand-compliant PowerPoint presentations
  • Refine and optimize existing standard presentations applying animations transitions and motion design where needed
  • Ensure a consistent look and feel across all decks in line with ISCCs brand guidelines
  • Work from pre-existing content; this is a presentation enhancement role not a content-creation or concept design position
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (incl. senior management) to understand communication goals and audience needs

What we expect :

  • Adapt quickly to feedback and deliver high-quality results on time
  • Strong service mindset reliability and excellent communication skills
  • Presentations are mostly created on an ad-hoc basis you should be comfortable handling short-notice requests with professionalism and composure
  • Use your own computer and licensed software to execute all tasks professionally and independently

    • What to expect :

  • Freelance collaboration with a flexible workload in alignment with the Senior Brand Manager
  • You will receive joint briefings and have access to a library of past presentations for reference
  • Your focus will be on refining not designing from scratch

    • Your profile

  • 3 years of proven experience as a presentation or graphic designer ideally in a corporate or consulting environment within certification systems or sector-related consultancies
  • A strong portfolio showcasing professional visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and very good command of MS Office
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) is a strong plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand and formatting guidelines
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); good command of German is desirable
