Transport Administrator / Debriefer
About this company
An established Transport and Logistics company based in Altona has been experiencing growth and are looking for a Transport Debrifer to join the team! In this role you will be working 4-6 hour days Monday through Friday – No weekend work required!
Role duties :
- Reconcile drivers’ timesheets approximately total of 30-40 a day (VIC / NSW / QLD)
- This includes :
- Checking COR Fatigue Management
- Checking if drivers were delayed at customer or at site & creating demurrage charges if they were delayed
- Checking off POD’s
- Checking off Pallet Docket
- Cross checking all drivers timesheets and paperwork is received against the daily planner
- Updating our system One Net with any pallet discrepancies
- Updating our system One Net with the correct carrier
- Updating our system One Net with the correct subcontractor
- Investigating any issues in relation to the timesheets with the relevant personnel
