Join STADA’s logistics team and support critical projects to optimize warehousing, transportation, and system integration processes. This temporary, project-related position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external partners and make an impact on STADA’s supply chain operations. It is a fix-term position until end of October 2026.

What you can expect

• You support the SAP4HANA implementation project by preparing, executing, and documenting validation tests in collaboration with internal users and external partners.
• You manage inbound flows of goods from external CMOs to STADA warehouses, ensuring alignment with capacity and inventory levels.
• You address quality deviations in transport and warehousing by managing CAPAs and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• You supervise 3PLs in inventory management, optimizing stock allocation, and managing blocked or expired stock.
• You act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding logistics operational requirements for warehousing and transportation.
• You perform IDOC management and stock reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and alignment between SAP systems and external Warehouse Management Systems.
• You organize, prepare, and document project meetings related to logistics processes and ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
• You coordinate and optimize the destruction process in collaboration with 3PLs and internal teams.
