GH intérim Sàrl est une société créée et gérée par deux partenaires expérimentés dans le domaine des ressources humaines depuis de nombreuses années.

Les équipes de GH intérim sont constituées de personnes passionnées, à votre écoute en français, allemand, anglais, néerlandais, luxembourgeois, etc. et possédant plusieurs années d'expérience dans les RH au Luxembourg.

Pour pouvoir servir au mieux ses clients, GH intérim a ouvert deux agences sur le territoire luxembourgeois (Wiltz et Luxembourg). GH intérim travaille avec des candidats venant d'Allemagne, de Belgique, de France et bien sûr du Luxembourg.

POSTE

Êtes-vous prêt à rejoindre notre équipe RH et logistique ?

Nous recherchons, pour le compte d'un client un(e) HR and Logistics Coordinator à temps partiel (20h / semaine) au Luxembourg.

D'une part, vous êtes responsable de la gestion administrative des ressources humaines.

D'autre part, vous organisez la planification et l'exécution des activités de transport. Vous veillez à ce que tout, du personnel à la planification et aux relations clients, soit bien organisé et contribue au succès de nos chauffeurs et de nos services.

Responsabilités RH :

  • Vous préparez les contrats de travail et donnez des instructions aux chauffeurs concernant les processus administratifs ;
  • Vous gérez le dossier personnel numérique des chauffeurs et veillez à un traitement administratif rapide et précis ;
  • Vous recueillez et vérifiez les données relatives aux heures de travail et aux prestations des chauffeurs (+ / - 6 collaborateurs) et apportez les modifications nécessaires ;
  • Vous recevez et enregistrez les demandes d'absence (maladie, congé, etc.) et vous les traitez selon les directives de l'entreprise ;
  • Vous fournissez des conseils aux chauffeurs, par téléphone et en face-à-face, concernant les questions administratives et RH ;
  • Vous fournissez des informations sur la rémunération et les processus administratifs lors de l'entrée en service des chauffeurs ;
  • Vous suivez la certification des chauffeurs, y compris le permis de conduire, ADR, code 95, carte de conducteur et sélection médicale ;
  • Vous suivez de près la législation sociale et générale du Luxembourg.

Responsabilités logistiques :

  • Vous coordonnez la planification en fonction des missions, des horaires, du matériel et des chauffeurs, afin de garantir une parfaite organisation (3 camions et livraison à 10 stations) ;
  • Vous préparez la planification du travail et transmettez les missions aux chauffeurs ;
  • Vous avez pour mission de minimiser la perte de temps, les kilomètres vides et les kilomètres perdus, et vous y parvenez à chaque fois ;
  • Vous maintenez une bonne relation avec le client et assurez une communication fluide ;
  • Vous collaborez avec notre garage pour garantir la planification en temps utile des inspections et des entretiens ;
  • Vous signalez toute lacune dans la planification et prenez des mesures pour la corriger.

    PROFIL

    Votre profil :

  • Vous avez une expérience en RH et êtes fortement intéressé(e) par la logistique et le transport ;
  • Vous êtes extrêmement fiable et faites preuve d'un grand sens des responsabilités ;
  • Vous êtes très fort(e) sur le plan administratif et travaillez de manière particulièrement précise ;
  • Vous êtes communicatif(ve) et êtes à l'écoute quand nécessaire ;
  • Vous êtes un véritable talent d'organisation et un(e) solutionneur(se) de problèmes ;
  • Vous savez motiver et enthousiasmer les chauffeurs ;
  • Vous maîtrisez bien MS Office et vous vous adaptez rapidement aux autres logiciels (par exemple ERP, systèmes de gestion du temps, etc.) ;
  • Vous êtes capable de vous exprimer à l'écrit et à l'oral en français.
