Our client operates in various industries, with a focus on manufacturing precision stamped parts for the automotive, electronics, and food industries, as well as the springs sector. The company specializes in the delivery of strip and wire products, including high and low-carbon steel, stainless alloys, non-ferrous metals, and aluminum. With eight strip-cutting machines and various finishing facilities, offers a wide range of alloys, dimensions, surface treatments, coatings, and delivery options to meet customer needs.
To support their growth in the German market, they are strengthening the team and are looking for a Field Sales Representative.
Función
bout the role :
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to expand its presence in the German market. As part of the industrial sector, specializing in precision-stamped parts, strips, and wires, this role is key to driving business growth by building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. This remote position offers the chance to collaborate with an innovative team and be part of a company dedicated to delivering excellence in the metals industry.
Main Tasks :
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across various industries, including automotive, electronics, food, and springs.
Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, present product solutions, and promote the company’s range of strip and wire products, including steel, stainless alloys, non-ferrous metals, and aluminum.
Work closely with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to propose strategic sales initiatives.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.
Requisitos
Mandatory requirements :
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the industrial sector, with knowledge of strips, wires, or related products.
Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
Highly self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a remote work environment.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
Willingness to travel frequently within Bavaria
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
