As part of the strengthening of its Legal department , ING Luxembourg is offering an internship with an educational institution.

Job description :

As a Legal Intern , you will manage projects related to the department's legal activities :

• Participate in the review and drafting of various legal contracts relating to the bank's different business lines;
• Actively participate in the preparation and follow-up of legal files under the responsibility of the department's more experienced lawyers (estates, seizure of accounts, dormant accounts, security interests, etc.);
• Prepare and draft research notes, emails and / or analyses on banking law issues related to the demands of the bank's various activities;
• Provide support in the organization and day-to-day running of the Legal Department, and keep abreast of Luxembourg and European legislation and regulations.
• You will be required to independently manage the follow-up of projects and work in collaboration with Legal or other contacts concerned by the activities.
