Lead and Scale HighPerforming Teams : Directly manage 36 engineering managers staff level individual contributors and oversee an organization of 30 engineers fostering a highperformance culture clarity of expectations and alignment with organizational goals.

Define and Execute Strategic Vision : Develop and implement technical and team strategies that align with business objectives ensuring your tribe delivers impactful and scalable solutions.

Drive Business Impact Through Collaboration : Build and maintain strong partnerships with Product and Operations leaders to align on priorities OKRs and roadmaps ensuring your tribes work directly contributes to business success.

Promote a Culture of Transparency and Growth : Foster open communication accountability and continuous improvement by providing 360degree feedback and sharing achievements and failures across the engineering community.

In our Logistics Team youll tackle highimpact challenges that make lastmile delivery efficient affordable and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders end customers and vendors across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Qualifications :

• Strong Computer Science Fundamentals : Deep understanding of data structures algorithms and computational complexity particularly in areas like the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP)

Experience with TimeCritical Systems : Proven track record of managing highly reliable scalable 24 / 7 systems such as financial trading platforms ridehailing services ecommerce checkouts bidding systems or lastmile logistics.

Technical Strategy and Roadmapping : Ability to define and execute longterm technical strategies including tackling tech debt scalability bottlenecks and performance optimization.

Incident Management and Operational Excellence : Expertise in handling critical incidents postmortem analysis and implementing preventive measures to ensure system reliability.

Budget and Resource Governance : Experience managing budgets optimizing cloud costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation across teams and projects.

Soft Skills :   Strategic DecisionMaking Stakeholder Management Business Acumen Strong Communication skills  and  Coaching & Mentorship
