The Global OTC Manager position is part of the DFE Pharma Supply Chain and reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

You work closely together with the Demand Manager, Manager Supply Planning, Manager Warehouse and Supply Chain Manager in order to serve our customers in line with internal and external requirements. Be a sparring partner for sales to develop the customer journey. You are the first point of contact for the key stakeholders in the organization to develop the customer journey.

You lead and support the implementation of new digital tools for the OTC process based on the digitalization roadmap and support cross-functional projects together with the BPO OTC.

The position is available on a direct recruitment basis for a limited period of one year, with the option of extension

Ihre Aufgaben Process Management / coordinate a flawless OTC process with an end-to-end view

  • Steer and monitor processes based on KPIs
  • Develop the team (steer, coach, train)
  • Increase effectiveness and efficiency by driving CI projects
  • Develop a vision of the customer journey
  • Develop OTC into a sparring partner for key stakeholders
  • Actively participate in or lead projects related to the digitization roadmap
  • Line management (talent cycle, continuous dialog, training, backup)
  • Ihr Profil

  • Master or Bachelor degree (Economics or Supply Chain Management)
  • 5 years relevant work experience within a B2B distribution, customer service or logistics environment
  • Competence and confidence to lead the transformation from the existing way of working to the new way of working based on the new template and tools (change management)
  • Ability to empower the team and intercultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Excellent leading, coaching and managing skills
  • Capable to build a true relation of trust with both commercial and supply chain business partners. Managing complex set of relations in- and externally in the supply chain
  • Ability to work under pressure, planning and organizing skills
  • Team player who is service and result oriented. Get the job done
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills
  • Good Communication and clear decision making capabilities
  • International / cross cultural awareness
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Fluent in English
