Novanta Europe GmbHLudwigsfelde, DEIntro This job is responsible for global order processing for medical products and spare parts, including monitoring of delivery dates and preparation of offers. Tasks Primary Responsibilities International order processing (quotes, orders, deliveries, invoicing, credits) of medical devices and spare parts including delivery tracking and quoting Commercial handling of repairs and returns including preparation of cost estimates and substitute deliveries Check of the shipping and delivery processing in compliance with the respective national regulations as well as the import provisions for returns and repair deliveries Invoicing incl. creation and processing of required export documents Active customer service and consulting on the telephone and written form of both job-related and product-related and technical questions in close cooperation with sales and product management Ensure strict compliance with export, tax and hazardous goods regulations General Tasks Broad knowledge of the main processes in Customer Service and related departments interacting with Customer Service Central control function in the value creation process as a cross-departmental link to product management, purchasing, shipping, production control in many areas that do not belong to order processing, but are relevant to the execution of orders or to answer customer concerns Close cooperation with sales in all questions of customer service, pricing, mailings Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for result of his / her tasks Ability to largely familiarize himself / herself independently with the area of responsibility due to his / her methodological knowledge and professional experience (apart from organizational training) Acts as Mentor for Junior / Professionals and is required to train others Requirements Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies Specialized experience within Customer Service. Work requires subject matter expert or administrative, technical or operating procedures Very good MS Office knowledge as well as SAP and / or Oracle experience Excellent knowledge of German and English in oral and written form; able to actively participate in discussions, meetings or phone calls internally and externally; able to comprehend and explain complex technical and / or commercial contexts.
