Proven experience with LLMs and generative AI technologies from a consultancy perspective. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Understanding of machine learning workflows, NLP, and deep learning concepts. Experience developing solutions for e-commerce platforms or retail operations is a significant advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Salary ranging from €100,000-130,000. My client, a leading consultancy specialising in artificial intelligence and digital transformation, is seeking a German-speaking LLM / Generative AI Consultant to work with retail and e-commerce clients. My client helps organisations in this fast-paced industry utilise generative AI technologies to enhance customer experiences, optimise operations, and drive revenue growth.
Role Overview :
As an LLM / Generative AI Consultant, you will help retail and e-commerce businesses adopt and implement large language model (LLM) and generative AI solutions tailored to their unique challenges. From creating personalised shopping experiences to optimising supply chain processes, you will design, deploy, and refine AI applications that transform how businesses interact with their customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with retail and e-commerce clients to understand their business needs and identify AI-driven opportunities.
- Design and implement solutions using large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Develop AI models for applications such as personalised recommendations, dynamic pricing, and inventory optimisation.
- Assist clients in preparing data, training models, and fine-tuning AI solutions for retail use cases.
- Deliver workshops and presentations tailored to retail stakeholders.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards and German data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Monitor AI application performance and recommend enhancements.
