We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Worker (m / f / d) to join the Integrated Facilities Management business line in Munich.

Your tasks :

• Ensure the ofce is kept clean, tidy and presentable in accordance with standards throughout day including kitchens, open spaces and meeting rooms
• Maintain and manage stock of stationary supply
• Maintain cleanliness and representative look of the whole ofce during business hours
• Execute floor checks carried out each morning and report any issues to the Sr. Day Porter
• Ensure copy rooms and stationary draws are stocked and tidy
• Each morning, ensure adherence to the clean desk policy, removing personal belongings where required
• Dispose of waste and recycle bottles as required
• Take care of any urgent cleaning like spillages or broken glass in the ofce as required
• Ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are clean, tidy and fully stocked with standard amenities at all times

Your profile :

Friendly, helpful and discreet with good communication skills and professional manners

Background in hotel or other service sector preferred, but not mandatory

Passion for hosting people and maintaining clean and tidy spaces

Attention to detail and drive for consistency

Ability to organise and prioritise

Good understanding of German and / or English language in spoken and written form

Proactive, accountable  and can-do attitude, team player with positive outlook

Basic computer skills such as email, online purchases and basic document maintenance

Ability to provide directions and coordinate tasks
