Alternant chargé de support, maintenance et projets informatique F/H

VOTRE MISSION, SI VOUS L’ACCEPTEZ :

Francois recherche son alternant en informatique pour accompagner le développement IT du site d'Aubigny. Vous aurez pour principal objectif d’apporter un support aux utilisateurs, assurer la maintenance des équipements et de l'infrastructure, ainsi la gestion de projets locaux, suivi de la conformité ISO (ISMS et SCI). Vous serez responsable d’activités de :

Maintenance

Gérer la migration d'équipements et systèmes, en collaboration avec l'équipe IT locale, IT France et/ou R&D IT monde.

Support

Résoudre des incidents et traiter des demandes des utilisateurs. Accompagner / Animer des ateliers de formation. Accompagner les métiers sur des outils spécifiques ou innovant.

Projet

Mettre en place de solutions métiers simples, de l'analyse du besoin au déploiement, avec rédaction de la documentation. Mise en place d'outils de reporting (Power BI) pour répondre à différents besoins métier. Participer aux projets gérés par le responsable IT local.

A PROPOS DE VOUS :

Bac +4/5 recherché avec une spécialisation Informatique ;
Vous êtes une personne reconnue pour votre écoute, votre esprit de synthèse, autonomie ;
Vous avez démontré votre capacité à reformuler ;
Vous cherchez une entreprise qui est responsable, à tous les niveaux ;
Votre niveau en anglais vous permet de lire, écrire, participer aux meetings.
