Im Rahmen der Arbeitsplanung sorgen Sie für die effiziente Gestaltung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Produktionsumfeld unseres Werkes. Sie sind ebenfalls für die Material-, Betriebsmittel- sowie Methodenplanung zuständig.
Diese Stelle ist aufgrund ihres Projektcharakters auf zwei Jahre befristet.

As part of work planning, you will ensure the efficient design of processes and workflows in the production environment of our plant. You will also be responsible for planning materials, resources and methods.
This position is limited to two years due to its project nature.

Job Description
DEUTSCH :
- Erstellung und Pflege von Produktionskapazitätsmodellen zur Planung und Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe
- Effiziente Kapazitätsplanung von Maschinen und Arbeitsbereichen unter Berücksichtung der Auslastung der Mitarbeiter, der Arbeitsabläufe und des Platzbedarfs
- Analyse von Fertigungsabläufen, um Verbesserungspotenziale aufzudecken
- Ausarbeitung und Dokumentation von Einsparpotenzialen zur Senkung der Herstellungskosten und Effizienzsteigerung in der Produktion einschließlich Auswertung der Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Ausarbeitung von Maßnahmen, die die Produktqualität erhöhen und die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Produktion steigern
- Unterstützung bei Budget- und ABC-Kostenerstellungen
- Betreuung des betrieblichen Vorschlagswesens
