Your role
- Manage and oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations (HV / LV) ; Low voltage (telephony, Fire safety system, Centralized technical management , access control, and others)
- Monitor, adjust, and fine-tune equipment and intervene, when necessary, on installations under their responsibility (first-level maintenance)
- Provide expertise and technical assistance for interventions of varying complexity, as well as for projects or work tasks
- Anticipate risks of breakdowns and malfunctions
- Analyze failures and propose appropriate technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with current regulations (quality, safety, environment)
- Supervise regulatory inspections conducted by service providers contracted by the University
- Participate in restoring accommodations in the relevant field ; and others technical systems
- Stay updated on innovations in the relevant field
- Provide regular reporting and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders
- Participate in on-call duties
