At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar hospitality, cleaning, or gardening role is necessary. Strong customer service and communication skills. Flexibility to be available 24h per day including weekends and holidays. Language Requirements : Knowledge of English : Essential Knowledge of German : Preferable Time management and organization. Attention to details in cleaning and outdoor upkeep. Basic knowledge of gardening tools and equipment.

This role combines reception duties, housekeeping tasks, and gardening responsibilities to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic hospitality setting.
Hospitality and Housekeeping Assistant
Obowiązki
- Housekeeping & Cleaning :
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in common areas, guest rooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Restock supplies in rooms and common areas as needed.
- Reception Duties :
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and manage reservations.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local area.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Communication with booking service provider.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding the situation on-site.
- Gardening & Outdoor Maintenance :
- Maintain outdoor spaces by performing basic gardening tasks, such as watering plants, trimming hedges, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Ensure that walkways and entrances are clean and presentable at all times.
- Assist with seasonal outdoor tasks (e.g., snow removal, leaf clearing).
