Hospitality and Housekeeping Assistant6 months period with possibility of recurring employmentOverview : We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Hospitality and Housekeeping Assistant on site in Germany. This role combines reception duties, housekeeping tasks, and gardening responsibilities to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Obowiązki

  • Housekeeping & Cleaning :
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in common areas, guest rooms, and outdoor spaces.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
  • Restock supplies in rooms and common areas as needed.
  • Reception Duties :
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and manage reservations.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local area.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication with booking service provider.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding the situation on-site.
  • Gardening & Outdoor Maintenance :
  • Maintain outdoor spaces by performing basic gardening tasks, such as watering plants, trimming hedges, and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Ensure that walkways and entrances are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with seasonal outdoor tasks (e.g., snow removal, leaf clearing).

Wymagania

  • Starting date 25.11.24.
  • Permit to work in Germany at least 6 months during the year.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar hospitality, cleaning, or gardening role is necessary.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and light gardening tasks.
  • Flexibility to be available 24h per day including weekends and holidays.
  • Language Requirements :
  • Knowledge of English : Essential
  • Knowledge of German : Preferable
  • Time management and organization.
  • Attention to details in cleaning and outdoor upkeep.
  • Basic knowledge of gardening tools and equipment.
