Summary
We are looking for a “Head of Legal Operations Radar (f / m / d)” for the “Legal Operations Radar” department at the Ulm location as soon as possible.
The “Legal Operations Radar” department provides the division management with advice on all legal issues.
Your Tasks
You will be responsible for the Legal Operations Radar unit for the HENSOLDT Group, which provides operational advice to this division. Together with your team, you will advise the divisional management of this area
In this role, you report to the General Counsel of the HENSOLDT Group and are part of the Radar Division Steering Committee
You and your team draft, review and negotiate all relevant contracts for the Radar division, especially on the sales side
To this end, you will work closely with other specialist departments in the company
You and your team prepare the documents on contractual risks as part of the risk management process
Together with the business unit, you will develop strategies in the area of disputes
You are responsible for the involvement of external law firms and their management
You develop and conduct training for the relevant target groups in your area of responsibility
You develop and implement strategies to standardize legal advice in order to deploy your team as efficiently as possible with high quality standards
Your Profile
Fully qualified lawyer and passed the first and second state examinations in law
Several years of professional experience in the legal department of an internationally operating company and in project business
Knowledge of German civil law and German public procurement law
You are clear in your statements and have the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
You proactively drive issues forward and look for solutions that are characterized by a very good understanding of the business
You lead your team efficiently and guide them to work independently
