Excellent organizational and communication skills. Competitive gross annual salary, up to 44,000 for full-time; part-time salaries prorated. Performance Bonus for Full time, 22,000 EUR annually. Flexible working hours with a hybrid work model. Working schedule : Mon-Fri : 09.00-18.00 Additional benefits including discounts on transportation, Urban Sports Club membership, and employer pension contributions.
We are looking for a native German-speaking HR Payroll Specialist (m / f / d) to join our team in Osnabrück. This role involves managing payroll processes with precision, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. We offer flexible working arrangements, including full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours / week) options, with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently execute payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle personnel changes (new hires, terminations, contract adjustments) and update payroll records accordingly.
- Provide expert advice on tax and social security matters, ensuring compliance with German regulations.
- Act as a liaison with government authorities and prepare detailed payroll reports.
