Role Overview__

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Trainee to join our Sales and Marketing team, with a focus on customer research, email outreach, demand generation projects, and more. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in sales and marketing while contributing to CleanHub’s mission. You will assist in researching target customers, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting various sales and marketing initiatives. Your role will be essential in helping us expand our brand and drive demand for our sustainability-driven services.

Duration : __ Minimum 6 months

Reports to : __ Head of Sales

Responsibilities :

• Customer Research : Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze customer needs, and track industry trends to support demand generation efforts.
• Email Outreach : Assist in the creation and management of email campaigns, including prospecting, segmenting audiences, and crafting personalized email content to engage potential clients.
• Demand Generation Projects : Support the planning and execution of demand generation initiatives, helping to generate leads and boost brand awareness across various channels.
• Sales Support : Work closely with the sales team to support client outreach and relationship-building activities. Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems with lead information.
• Content Creation & Messaging : Help create compelling messaging for email campaigns, sales presentations, and other marketing materials that align with CleanHub’s brand and values.
• Market Analysis & Reporting : Track and report on the performance of outreach campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to enhance future initiatives.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the marketing team to assist with other projects, such as market research, social media outreach, and promotional campaigns.
