- Own the Success of the Mattel Dolls Portfolio Take full ownership of the portfolio and drive its longterm growth.
- Build strong local partnership with licensors Manage relationships with partner brands
- Be the Market Expert Deepdive into market trends retail dynamics and shopper behavior to uncover opportunities minimize risks and create tailored strategies that make an impact.
- Lead a 360 Franchise Strategy Ensure a seamless brand experience in close crossfunctional collaboration with the consumer products team.
- Shape the Portfolio & Drive Growth Steer portfolio strategies pricing models and launch decisions to maximize success. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored retail activation plans by channel and customer.
- Own the Media Strategy Develop and implement compelling media plans that reach and engage the target audience.
- Strategically Deploy A&P Investments Manage and optimize Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets to amplify impact.
- Monitor & Optimize Performance Track key business results and initiative effectiveness taking decisive action to drive continuous improvement.
