Your mission is to transform this position into category leadership by building strategic alliances with the regions leading banks ERP and payroll providers and e-invoicing platformspartners with the scale and influence to place our solution directly in front of thousands of CFOs simultaneously.
Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships you will initially take a hands-on role and upon achieving key growth milestones recruit and lead a regional Go-to-Market team to accelerate expansion.
Tasks
- Take full ownership of the P&L for Southern Europe consistently exceeding targets for ARR margins and market share.
- Establish and secure strategic alliances with Tier-1 banks ERP and payroll platforms; craft joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies that enable a 10x expansion in distribution.
- Drive revenue generation from partnerships through co-marketing initiatives sales enablement and seamless product integrations.
- Localise pricing messaging and compliance effortssuch as FatturaPA (Italy) SII (Spain) and SAF-T (Portugal)while maintaining alignment with the broader corporate strategy.
- Recruit develop and lead the regional Go-to-Market team upon achieving key traction milestones.
- Act as the regional market intelligence lead and strategic sparring partner to the Head of Partnerships delivering accurate forecasts and resource planning.
