Tasks

  • Take Full Ownership : From Account Creation (for new accounts) to setting up correct tracking, manage and report performance for our paid search platforms.
  • Craft & Optimize High-Impact Campaigns : Develop and execute strategic paid search media campaigns. Have an advanced understanding of all campaign types and how to structure the account to integrate with our marketing mix strategy
  • KPI Tracking : Implement robust tracking and reporting systems to measure the impact of your campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Strategy Enhancement : Identify key learnings and opportunities, track, analyse, and report on performances. Contribute to building strategic channel / market projects, from forecasting to content strategy and testing plans.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in paid search marketing.
  • Training and onboarding other members : Act as channel experts and give guidance, model examples for other team members

Requirements

  • Positive mindset and can-do attitude : As a role model for our performance marketing team.
  • Paid Search Knowledge : Proven track record of driving substantial results through paid search advertising.
  • Data-Driven Mindset : Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • E-commerce Passion : Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and customer behavior. Understanding of new markets with competitors, potentials and how to get market share.
  • Creative Flair : A knack for creating compelling ad content and a keen eye for design.
  • Platform Proficiency : Expertise in major advertising platforms (Google Ads). From understanding the campaign type, setup, and tracking knowledge. Basic understanding of other platforms like Meta etc. which impacts Google decision making.
  • Problem-Solving : A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player : Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Language skills : Excellent English language skills and proficiency in German would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
