We have a current opportunity for a Project Manager Website Rollout (m / w / d) on a contract basis. The position will be based in Essen.

Project Description

The project encompasses the translation and migration of hundreds of industry and product pages, the integration of marketing automation infrastructure, connected data systems, and a new lead conversion process. Additionally, the rollout spans 11 countries in Western Europe and six local languages.

We are looking for an experienced professional to help manage and execute this comprehensive rollout, ensuring seamless deployment and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end deployment process for the new digital platform, including product data migration, marketing assets updates, customer journeys, and technical content management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Consult with cross-functional teams to verify content and product data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with stakeholders across global, regional, and local levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
• Team Coordination : Manage regional teams and local representatives to achieve project goals and adhere to timelines.
• Risk Management : Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying risks and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Project Updates : Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders via project meetings, showcasing key achievements and addressing challenges.
• Content Optimization : Evaluate Product Information Management initiatives to enhance content accuracy and delivery efficiency.

Project Timelines and Deliverables

Skills :

o 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3-4 years in project management focused on website deployment and product information management.

o Proven track record of working in international and cross-functional environments.

o Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Product Information Management (PIM) tools.

o English

o Strong organizational and communication skills.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

o Solid understanding of marketing communications and stakeholder engagement.

o Experience with tools such as Asana and translation software like Trados (nice to have).
