As Media Specialist, you will be a part of our fantastic DENS Media Team based in our office in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online media campaigns to drive performance and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms

  • To be a great sparring partner to the Digital Marketing Manager & Head of Media on developing strong commercial initiatives.
  • Develop and manage full funnel media campaigns (paid social, video, display, offline : OOH, DOOH)
  • Develop and manage performance media campaigns across various digital channels, including search, display, social media, SEO and programmatic.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and relevant KPI’s adherence to financial targets.
  • Test and evaluate new media channels and platforms to identify growth opportunities.
  • To coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to partners both internal, central and with the brands.
  • To cooperate with creative agencies with close cooperation with working students / interns to create impactful campaigns
  • Develop reporting and knowledge sharing internal and with central team.

We would love to hear from you if…

  • You have minimum 3 years of business experience with Online marketing on media agency side or client / brand.
  • You have basic knowledge of German media landscape and offline media buying
  • You have an analytic mindset with a passion to assess, crunch, monetize and optimize data and performance on daily basis.
  • You are willing to develop your expertise in full funnel media strategy, planning and buying and you are curious about other markets media landscape (Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden) and willing to learn
  • You are high energetic and great teamwork personality.
  • You have the ability to structure your tasks, priorities and responsibilities.
  • You have a proactive approach, where it is natural for you to always look for better solutions and you are not holding back to share your ideas with your manager and colleagues.
  • You are fluent in English and preferably German.
