Your tasks

Design development of injection molding tools : Independent design of complex injection molding tools and molds, taking into account material, process and component geometry.

3D CAD modeling : Efficient use of common 3D CAD programs for designs, detailing and assemblies, especially for injection molding.

Process optimization and consulting : Active collaboration in the analysis and optimization of injection moulding processes; technical support in the selection of materials and parameters.

Technical documentation & quality assurance : Creating precise technical documents and ensuring design quality in injection molding.

Interdisciplinary cooperation & problem solving : Close coordination with specialist departments to ensure smooth processes and resolve technical problems in the product life cycle.

Your profile

Education : Completed studies (mechanical engineering, materials engineering, mechatronics) or comparable technical training with a focus on design / tool and mold making.

Professional experience : Several years of relevant experience in injection molding and plastic tool design.

CAD skills : Excellent handling of leading 3D CAD programs.

Specialist knowledge : Sound understanding of injection molding requirements, material science (plastics), manufacturing processes and tolerance management.

Working style : Independent, interdisciplinary, able to translate theoretical concepts into practical solutions; analytical problem solving skills.

Communication : Strong communication and teamwork skills; solution-oriented approach.

Language skills : Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
