As Head of Quality (m / f / d), you have a holistic responsibility or the integrated Management System, Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Quality of products and processes has highest priority, as we supply the world leading brands. Today we operate a quality management system according to ISO 9001. In the future we plan to extend this with additional certifications following the requirements of our customers from different industries.

Your responsibility and impact within AMSilk company means to :

• Develop and lead the implementation of AMSilk’s quality management system in line with ISO standards, customers’ requirements and the company’s strategy and policies
• Ensure adequate quality control processes at our production partners in the fields of biotechnology, fiber spinning, and fast-moving consumer goods and support its enhancements in cooperation with internal QC and analytics experts
• Establish and enhance quality assurance processes at AMSilk to meet the quality expectations of our customers
• Support the launch of the multiple new products to the market and Lead the project workstreams in the quality, regulatory, compliance, safety areas
• Lead the contracting efforts and regular reviews / updates related to the Quality agreements with the Manufacturing partners
• Proactively assess and evaluate quality deviations as well as initiating root cause analysis of deviations in terms of quality standards and management systems
• Build and maintain deep and lasting relationships to AMSilk’s key customers and manufacturing partners
• Lead AMSilk’s quality team and cultivate the development of the team
