Scientist X-ray Beamline P64

For high-end synchrotron radiation applications, the 3rd generation source PETRA III is one of the most brilliant X-ray sources. The 'Advanced X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy' beamline P64 is dedicated to 'photon-hungry' X-ray absorption and emission spectroscopy techniques, including their extension to time-resolved pump-probe measurements. These advanced methods provide crucial insights into the local atomic and electronic structures of materials under in-situ and operando conditions. We are seeking a talented and motivated scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will : utilize the cutting-edge techniques available at beamline P64 for their own innovative research projects, and support and collaborate with the P64 user community to perform state-of-the-art experiments.
