We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive for our construction company located in Salem. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of construction materials and excellent negotiation skills. This role involves sourcing and purchasing materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all procurement activities align with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure construction materials and supplies as per project requirements.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking order status until delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding procurement.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast material needs based on project timelines.
