  • Support the preparation of presentations and teaching materials to disseminate project findings.
  • Support grant writing and literature research
  • Support administrative tasks, qualitative data analysis, and report writing connected with the group’s projects.
  • Enrolled student at Heidelberg University (until at least March 31, 2027) with at least four completed semesters, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (, public health, psychology, medicine, anthropology, sociology, international development)
  • Good proficiency (at least C1) in both German and English; other languages are an asset; Experience in graphic design and video production is an asset
  • Previous experience with (global) health research, systematic reviews, or (qualitative) data analysis is an asset; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of literature software (, EndNote, Citavi Covidence), data analysis software (, Nvivo, MaxQDA, R, Python, SPSS), or graphical software (, Adobe Suite, DaVinci resolve) is an asset
  • Living in Heidelberg or nearby, with the ability to come to the office once per week or at regular intervals
  • Hours: 20-30h/month, depending on interest and availability
  • Duration: 6-12 months, with potential extension
  • Flexible work schedule, with potential for remote work arrangements. Opportunities for mobile working are given in accordance with the regulations of the Heidelberg University Hospital
  • An exciting job in a dynamic team with a collaborative working atmosphere
  • Depending on interest and contribution, additional roles in the research activities (including visits to partner sites; (co-)authorship of academic publications; grant writing for future doctoral research etc.) can be discussed
