What to expect :

Be responsible for SiC epitaxy process development and project execution related work.
Within the scope of responsibility take the lead in developing the manufacturing process flow of SiC power components related to epitaxy process modules, solve quality problems in a timely manner and ensure smooth manufacturing during ramp-up, pre-production and production phases.
Within the scope of responsibility timely check and follow up on the status of engineering processes in case of drifts and take appropriate corrective actions to solve the issues, analyze and summarize the process data of engineering batches, handle the relevant engineering technical problems.
Understand product reliability requirements and testing methods and be accountable for product reliability evaluation in the own field of process expertise.
Improve products yield and tackle major challenges within the scope of responsibility.

What you bring along :

Bachelor's degree or above in semiconductor physics, microelectronics, materials, chemistry or similar discipline within semiconductor industry.

Over 12 years of experience working on semiconductor epitaxy introduction or development. Fab experience in SiC product introduction or production is a must.

Familiarity with SiC process flow, manufacturing process and characterization techniques preferred.

Semiconductor material processing, preferably for power devices development.

Measurement methods and techniques for materials and process results evaluation.

Successful mass production experience in leading factories in the industry is highly beneficial.

Hands-on mentality and open mind-set for cross-culture working setting.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, additionally German and / or Chinese is a plus.

Open for international business trip or delegation.
