Do you thrive on social media and know how to engage an audience? We’re looking for a Working Student – Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Berlin! About MTM Personal Training At MTM Personal Training, we are dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized coaching, expert guidance, and a supportive community. Our approach combines tailored training programs, nutrition advice, and motivation to help clients build long-term healthy habits. Based in Berlin, we strive to create engaging and educational content that inspires and empowers people to live a healthier, more active lifestyle. Tasks What You’ll Do Plan, create, and edit engaging social media content (photo, video, reels, stories, etc.) Develop and implement creative ideas to grow our brand presence Be in front of the camera and actively participate in content creation (e.g., creating educational content) Assist in managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Engage with our community and respond to comments / messages Stay on top of trends and suggest innovative content ideas Collaborate with the team to align content with our brand identity Support creating content for META Ads Requirements What You Bring Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field Passion for social media, digital trends, and creative storytelling Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar) Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table Outgoing and proactive personality with great communication skills Bonus : Interest in fitness, nutrition, or a healthy lifestyle Benefits What We Offer Flexible working hours (15-20h / week) to fit your studies - also with possibility of working from home A creative and dynamic work environment in Berlin Hands-on experience and the opportunity to shape our brand’s online presence A fun and supportive team that values your input Free access to all MTM facilities, personalized training plans and sessions with your coach, free protein shakes and more!
