Your passion for beauty sets you apart and you are interested in current trends as well as discovering exciting new brands Negotiation is your passion and you are always a compelling figure when dealing with suppliers and other stakeholders (both internal and external) Then you are exactly what we are looking for!

Your Mission

  • As a Buyer for Beauty you will take responsibility for purchasing thirdparty brands with a clear focus on meeting our customers needs. You identify opportunities to achieve optimal performance through assortment trends and brands.
  • You are familiar with relevant KPIs and take charge of budget planning to continuously monitor and optimize departmental performance.
  • You independently lead negotiation discussions with suppliers ensuring the best possible terms.
  • You identify prioritize and acquire B2B customers in the beauty segment.
  • Your focus is on building and maintaining sustainable business relationships.
  • You manage and continuously develop existing suppliers.
  • You collaborate closely with departments such as Business Development Logistics and Finance to ensure all activities are aligned with the companys overall strategy.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in international roles as a Beauty Buyer (thirdparty brands)
  • Strong passion for beauty and purchasing ideally with an established supplier network in the beauty industry
  • Independent and teamoriented working style with a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills
  • Communicative personality with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and develop longterm business relationships
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
