We are looking for a young professional as part of the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) program for our communications department. The role is to support external and internal communications activities in the fields of product promotion, brand management and employee communications for the Product Line “Rolling Stock & Components (RSC)”.

Your tasks and objectives will be widespread ranging from writing articles and developing social media content, to creating storylines for audio-visual assets and contributing to event organisation, to supporting the improvement of Alstom’s product brand recognition and benchmarking against competitor communications. You will report to two communications managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :

Product promotion

• Create, update and review product promotional and messaging materials, e.g. print assets, presentations, media briefs
• Assist the production of product videos and photos incl. the organisation of shootings
• Support organisation of exhibitions, conferences and events
• Contribute to the development and execution of global product-specific campaigns across different channels
• Prepare posts for social media
• Help streamline product assets, e.g. photos and videos, on Alstom’s multimedia library
