How was the journey of our end consumer until having a washbasin in his bathroom? From searching online for a specific style until visiting the showroom to experience our products live and finally the individual bathroom planning for each customer until the delivery – we offer many touchpoints with our brand. If you love topics as user experience, CRO and consumer satisfaction – this can be your next challenge :

Your tasks

  • For you the consumer always comes first. You manage and improve his overall experience with our Bath & Wellness products and services along the value chain.
  • You are always up-to-date in consumer behavior, preferences, and trends and utilize insights to improve the consumer experience. If not, you know how to conduct analysis and research to get the information.
  • With positivity as a key factor, you create interactions and ensure the satisfaction throughout the consumer journey.
  • In a trainer function you educate colleagues on consumer centricity best practices and the importance of delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Last but not least, you define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consumer satisfaction and engagement and monitor customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and social media.

Your profile

  • As a professional & manager in a consumer-facing role, such as customer service, sales or marketing (FMCG) you already had the possibility to get 3 – 5 years of experience.
  • Following the rule “quality is when the consumer shops again” you have a strong understanding of consumer experience principles and best practices.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work – that’s why you love to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product management, sales and customer service.
  • Your English skills are great and your German ist ziemlich gut! French is beneficial.
  • You completed your master studies with a focus in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or you have equivalent work experience).
