You will be part of the Process Solutions Supply Chain team which is managing product portfolios across the globe. As a Global Supply Network Planner (all genders), you will work closely with Demand Planning, Production Planning, Product Management, Customer Excellence and Sales teams to ensure we have the right product in the right quantity at the right time in the right place to meet our customers' demand. The position will report to the Head of Global Supply Network Planning Purification and Process Materials. The major responsibilities of a Global Supply Network Planner are the global process planning and ensuring a seamless value chain for a defined product portfolio in compliance with the specified targets (e.g. Backorders, Inventory, Fill Rate, OTIF). In this respect, the execution of the Sales and Operations Planning Process is particularly important. It includes the precise analysis, coordination as well as communication of demand and supply situations by proactively gathering and evaluating information from various sources. You will be responsible for the replenishment planning of global distribution centers including master data governance and maintenance. Supply disruption management including escalation handling, product allocation and the proposal of customer-focused solutions will be part of your daily work. Besides that, you will constantly strive for improvement through supply chain optimization projects. In addition to that, you will monitor defined KPIs for your portfolio and react to changes with adjusted supply chain strategies. Who you are : University degree (BA, BSc) in Economics, Logistics or Supply ChainMin. 2 years of professional experience in Operations or Supply ChainTeam player, able to operate in a global team and quickly build up a network amongst colleagues and interface partners Ability to work under pressure and balance prioritiesUnderstanding of and willingness to continuously improve processes and resultsCustomer oriented, problem solver, analytical skillsComputational skills, especially in Oracle ERP, SAP, Excel, PowerPointCommunication and presentation skills
