Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience leading or facilitating the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), and mission planning efforts at the Division level or higher

  • 3+ years of experience developing, coordinating, and executing CONOPS, OPORDs, FRAGORDs, EXORDs, and supporting operational products from planning through execution

  • Experience synchronizing cross-functional stakeholders, integrating operational inputs, and driving planning efforts from concept development to mission execution

  • Experience supporting operational planning, battle rhythm management, staff integration, and command-level decision support

  • Experience briefing senior leaders and facilitating planning discussions across operational and technical teams

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Army operational systems and tools, including Palantir, Maven Smart Systems (MSS), or other mission command platforms

  • Experience coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced operational environments

  • Knowledge of Joint Planning Process (JPP) or Joint operational environments

  • Master’s degree
